Our Better World
Our Better World: brand & uiux revamp
Our Better World (OBW) is the digital storytelling platform by the Singapore International Foundation, dedicated to showcasing stories of individuals and organisations creating positive social impact across Asia. As part of a website rebrand and redesign, the project aimed to modernise the platform’s visual identity while improving content discoverability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
With a growing library of over 350 stories, the redesign focused on creating a clearer information architecture, intuitive navigation, and a scalable design system that makes it easier for users to explore inspiring stories and opportunities to take action.
My Role:
• Led the end-to-end UX/UI design for the website rebrand, from discovery and information architecture to high-fidelity designs and developer handoff.
• Improved content discoverability by redesigning the information architecture and translating the refreshed brand identity into a cohesive, accessible digital experience aligned with WCAG guidelines.
• Built reusable UI components in Figma and partnered with developers to deliver a responsive, production-ready website.
Although OBW ceased operations in 2023 and the work was not launched, the project reflects a strong focus on content-led UX, accessibility, and designing for meaningful engagement.
