UI UXDesigned the end-to-end UX for a collaborative applicant screening platform, starting with user flows, wireframes, and UI designs in Figma before implementing the solution in Microsoft Power Apps.
As this is my first project using the platform, I quickly learned to translate pixel-perfect designs into a low-code environment, balancing Microsoft Power Apps’ native components and platform constraints with UX best practices. The resulting platform enables multiple organisations to collaboratively review, assess, and track candidates through an intuitive interface featuring dashboards, filtering, search, and streamlined assessment workflows.
This project was completed within 2 weeks.
My Role:
• Led the end-to-end UX/UI design, from Figma to Microsoft Power Apps implementation.
• Designed intuitive dashboards and assessment workflows while adapting to Power Apps’ native components.
• Collaborated closely with stakeholders to deliver a streamlined, user-centred screening platform.
